Vancouver Island can be reached via ferry from Bella Coola, Prince Rupert, Powell River, Vancouver, Seattle, Port Angeles, and Anacortes. Commercial airlines fly into Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtenay, Campbell River, and Port Hardy. Small airplanes and floatplanes can be chartered to fly into almost all areas on the Island.
